NFTWizard is seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant community of artists, creators, and NFT enthusiasts. You will engage with our users, foster relationships, and create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and support our user base.
- Manage and moderate online community platforms, including social media channels, forums, and chat groups.
- Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) to engage with the community.
- Respond to community inquiries and provide support to users.
- Gather feedback from the community and work with the product team to address user needs and improve the platform.
- Create and share content that educates and informs the community about NFTs and our platform.
- Monitor and report on community growth and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in community management or a related role.
- Passionate about NFTs, blockchain, and digital art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with online community platforms and tools.
